Monday January 7th sees the start of the new fitness classes at the centre. In addition to spinning and circuits we have a selection of new classes as we try to include everyone. Classes will be offering include……….. 20:20:20, Body Fit, Mix and Tone and Gym ‘n’ Tone. These are aside from our regular spinning classes which include Spin ‘n’ Tone and the new Spin, Trim and Slim. We shall do our best to keep you all updated on what’s going on with the classes; times, days, cost etc and also we are al.

CLASS DESCRIPTION SPINNING: This is the perfect workout to help improve your fitness level, burn those calories and tone your body. A 40 minute workout on a stationary bike with no impact on joints; this is suitable for both male and females of all fitness levels. Are you overweight? Do you think that it’s now time to make that big effort to do something about it? Do you need advice and motivation to help you get back on the road to becoming more fit and active? Are you over 18? If you answered yes to some or all of these questions then Project weightloss could be the programme that is just right for you. We are looking for male and female participants to take part in a 12 week programme to lose weight and also improve your health. The cost of the 12 week programme will be €12o which includes two.

So, now that we have come to the end of ahat was not the best summer we have ever see, we are now welcoming back all the various clubs to the centre. Skibbereen Eagles are back in training for the upcoming season. The Badminton club are now operating two nights a week and also Saturdays for juveniles. Table Tennis is back with us and don’t forget that we run a full range of fitness and toning classes.
